Trends for 2020

As we welcome in the new year, we must welcome trends for the start of a new decade. Just last week, our advanced product development team attended one of the biggest trend events of the year. Here were their findings:

Connection Matters

Currently, involvement plays a huge part of staying connected. It’s important to create communities that give back to the greater good. This varies from learning about products that value “saving the planet” or implementing give back programs within your organization. This consists of saving water, environmentally friendly products, recycling plastics, and energy to promote a sustainable life. We’d like to think of it as the conversation everyone should be having in order to ensure the generations after us are able to live comfortably. Demand is higher than ever, and we don’t want you to count it out because it is here to stay.

Where Nature and Travel Meet

Social media has increased the need to travel, so it comes as no surprise that nature and travel are meeting in the middle. From outdoorsy fashion to using products that make everyday comforts easily accessible to you on the go – what’s up and coming is being able to take natures inspiration to create a product wanted by everyone.

Simplification

Finally, simplification is speaking volumes. Geometric shapes, vibrant colors, and simple messaging are the components to the special formula of “less is more.” While in past years slapping logos onto products has been more effective than not – we’ve transitioned to a time where being subtle overpowers heavy in your face branding.

We predict 2020 is about becoming aware of the changes this industry constantly undergoes and learning how to bring all the pieces together each and every time.

Seen enough?

Think we might be worthy of a conversation? We'd love to hear what you have in mind.
