It has been quite Summer here at Summit! First being recognized as one of the Greatest Places to Work, then named to the PPAI 100, recognizing companies with the strength and stamina to redefine our brand engagement and recognition industry for the future, and most recently recognized as one of the Top 40 for 2023.
Being named to the Greatest Places to Work, Michael J. Harper, CEO of Summit had this to say “Of all the accolades we’ve received, this one means the most to me as it’s determined by our team members. Creating Richer Lives is core to our purpose at Summit and knowing that we’re successfully building a culture that is delivering on this purpose means the world to me.”
The new PPAI 100 award is based on the following factors; business growth over time, corporate social responsibility and technology practices, the strength of the workforce, employee happiness, industry faith, professional development, online presence, and industry innovation. In the last few years, we have focused on technology development to best serve our clients into the future; launching SIERRA, our Recognition and Incentive Solution, deploying a new leading-edge e-commerce platform, APEX, as well as bringing a Virtual Engagement Solution to our clients in time for the increased demand of the hybrid work environment.
Concurrently, Summit’s leadership team has been at work refining talent management practices, training, development, and wellness education; empowering new and existing team members to work at their best both at work and in their personal endeavors. Summit is proud to be recognized as a future-focused company for our commitment to innovation and our belief in winning as a team.
Our team’s commitment to collaboration and innovating for excellence continues to benefit our clients and has led to our business success in the last year. We are grateful for their performance and the amazing partners we have in our clients, who allow us to deliver on their business opportunities day in and day out.
