Sales Incentives that Engage

Summit partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to motivate and drive their sales team to exceed their multimillion-dollar sales targets. The challenges this new medical device division were facing, the unpredictable demand during the COVID-19 pandemic meant fluctuating sales opportunities. Working with the client, we designed a sales incentive program to exceed targets and increase performance while keeping the team engaged with online engagement in addition to physical gift kits. 

Summit moved quickly, launching a custom recognition & rewards website complete with a sales team leaderboard, a curated e-store with luxury brand name gifts. The team delivered the program with a strong communications plan that engaged and energized the sales team, encouraging them to break down this significant objective into bite-sized weekly goals.

In a time when external dynamics were putting downward pressure on the pharmaceutical industry, this sales incentive program raised revenue numbers, engaged employees, and built corporate culture.
