Summit partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to motivate and drive their seasoned sales team to exceed their quarterly, multimillion-dollar sales quota. The challenges were monumental with this new medical device division and the unpredictable demand during the COVID-19 pandemic with sales opportunities changing quickly from month to month and region to region. 

Summit moved quickly, launching a new branded rewards site complete with a sales team leaderboard, a curated e-store with luxury brand gifts and travel options, delivered via a strong communications plan to enable to the sales team to break down this significant quota into attainable bite-sized weekly goals.

In a time when external dynamics were putting downward pressure on the pharmaceutical industry, this program raised revenue numbers, engaged the sales team, and provided an exciting alternative to reward achievement.
