Every year ComEd takes their time when selecting the perfect gift to recognize those that interact with their customers day in and day out. Since finding a fun yet still thoughtful piece was a priority, our team invited them to a regional industry show where they could walk from booth to booth gathering lots of ideas. Together we narrowed their selections down to a teddy bear, a comic themed bottle, a blanket, and a lollipop charging pad. They were celebrating the entire week, so employees had a new surprise waiting for them at their desk every day of Customer Service Week.   Working together to inject more fun and energy to their work environment reminds us that no matter what age, you’re always able to celebrate your inner child.
