From avionic meteorologists to baggage handlers, United’s employees span six decades, reside in 80 different countries, and cross over a multitude of unique skill sets. With vast demographics, cultures, and languages, United required a sophisticated enterprise reward solution to effectively and equitably recognize their employees for loyalty and longevity.
Our team curated a catalog that would entice the next generation of United employees and offer reward options to be enjoyed by family and friends. Our merchandising team worked to understand what items would be the most meaningful in each country, taking local customs and culture into consideration.
We even enhanced the catalog to appeal to the core values of United’s generation of talent. Employees can now donate their reward value to the United “We Care” or United “Scholarship Fund” charities.
Today, the Summit United Team successfully delivers over 15,000 milestone rewards a year. Our partnership only continues to expand!
In addition to their Milestone program, we support United’s Retirement Program, Employee Nomination Program, Moments that Matter Program and Employee Appreciation Day. We also oversee their global eCommerce store, which enables United employees and customers to order branded merchandise and gifts.
