Summit Group, LLC practices what they preach. As a company, Summit wants to hire and retain great associates, so they are well aware of the importance of associate engagement and recognition. Most recently, several associates from each of Summit’s three offices were recognized as “Peak Performers” and awarded some great prizes. “Peak Performers” are those associates who exemplify Summit’s five core principles every day: Disciplined, Engaged, Collaborative, Innovative, and Profitable. They are nominated by fellow associates, and the nominations are then reviewed by Summit’s Executive Committee before being chosen. Each peak performer received an award that they can proudly display in their offices, and also a huge amount of points (40,000), which they can redeem for some amazing prizes.
