The objective was to create an incentive for distributors of Schneider Electric products to participate in ongoing training classes and seminars.
Summit Group created a points-based program that rewards participation in training classes and seminars along with incentive to enroll and pursue more challenging and time consuming classes. When Schneider distributors sign up for their first training program online, they have the opportunity to enroll in the program and begin earning points.
The program has received overwhelming, positive feedback from Schneider Electric and Schneider Distributors. After a recent internal cost-cutting analysis, Schneider deemed the program too valuable to eliminate.
