Colleen Retana has been a valuable Summit associate for the past 4 years and is currently the Customer Care Team Lead. Based out of the Chicago office, she assists the department in handling customer service concerns, reporting training, and day to day activities. If you’ve ever called any one of our customer care lines or sent a message to one of the customer service emails for assistance, you may have had the pleasure of “meeting” Colleen and experiencing her knowledge and expertise firsthand!
Because she is always striving for excellence, Colleen is currently preparing to go back to college to finish her degree. This is a very important professional and personal goal for her. In addition to that, some may be surprised to learn that Colleen is a classically trained chef! While some of her her favorite foods are Italian and seafood, nothing beats a Chicago style dog (dragged through the garden) at a local stand.
Since Colleen is not originally from Chicago, she likes to explore all that her new home town has to offer. She also loves the outdoors so you may find her camped out in a tent somewhere up north. Her travels also took her to New Orleans, where her and her husband ended up sitting right next to Brad Pitt at a little Mexican restaurant.
