Summit Group’s Atlanta office was lucky enough to welcome their newest client with a unique meet-n-greet. Two of American Born Moonshine’s own made the trip down south from their headquarters in Nashville to Atlanta on January 29th. Little did they know, we would be awaiting their arrival in style.
The Atlanta Summiteers coordinated an event that says “Welcome to Summit” like no other. A week prior to their planned visit, each Summit associate received one of American Born’s best-selling Bootleggers t-shirts from their company store that we now have the privilege of sourcing and managing! The shirts were to be worn on the day of the event. Once our two guests arrived, they were greeted by the entire office sporting their American Born Moonshine gear with pride.
After treating them to a delicious assortment of food, we were able to experience a tasting of their product presented by Robert Davies, American Born’s Operations Manager. It was such a positive introduction to the client, allowing us to hear first-hand about the history of the moonshine and the American spirit that it represents. During their farewell, we provided our visitors with an American Born Moonshine barstool as a token of our appreciation for their visit.
Summit’s associates had a wonderful time getting to know their new client and the product that ABM represents. Atlanta’s Group President David Kirkland commented on the importance of the day, saying, “It is imperative we make every client feel special while our associates also get to put the name and face of a client together. Once the associates get to know that client, there is a special bond that is built and it makes us work harder to meet and exceed our client’s expectations”.
It was an absolute pleasure to be able to surprise our client with this event and to have the opportunity to show them what being a part of Team Summit is all about. Ann Moran, ABM’s VP Corporate Operations, ended the visit with a toast to Summit: “We are thrilled to be partnered with the entire Summit group and sincerely appreciate all the Summit team has done for American Born! Truly awesome! Here’s to a job well done, and many more!”
